Emma Hedrick joins the newly formed Eagle Creek Ramblers as they perform a new project that explores classic Country music from the 1940s-1970s through the lens of Jazz.
The EastEndPorch JazzFestival began in the summer of 2020 and has run annually since then. The Festival is a series of free and open to public concerts featuring classic, old-school jazz performed by many of the finest jazz musicians in central Indiana.
The front porch of the historic home at 619 E. Vermont Street in Lockerbie Square, downtown Indy, serves as the stage. Concerts are held on one or two Sundays from June to October and run from 1:00pm to 3:15pm with one intermission. A limited number of "host provided: tables and chairs are available through reservation requests. There's space along both sides of the street for lawn chairs. BYOs include dogs, elixirs, picnic baskets, and umbrellas (for shade and the occasional cleansings shower).
